The Week 23 fixture has been moved to Tuesday in order to accommodate international rugby being played at the Stadio Olimpico last weekend.

With the Croatian suffering bruising to the right knee following a 3-3 draw with Genoa a week ago, he was deemed unfit to start in the Viola’s victory over Pescara in midweek.

Khouma Babacar replaced him, and it was thought that Kalinic would have to also sit out the forthcoming match with Roma.

Although not 100% recovered, reports in the Italian Press suggest that he will be fit to start on Tuesday, however captain Gonzalo Rodriguez is still out through injury.
