There is an important Europa League tie in midweek for the hosts but these Juventus vs. Cremonese predictions are for a game with implications for both the race for the top four and the relegation battle at the bottom of Serie A.

Juventus vs. Cremonese odds

1 – Juventus to win – 4/11

2 – Under 2.5 goals scored – 1/1

3 – Both teams not to score – 7/10

4 – Duśan Vlahović to score at anytime – 6/5

5 – Juventus to score over 1.5 goals – 1/2

There are plenty of ongoing legal issues concerning Juventus on and off the field as the Serie A season enters its final weeks. But there is no doubt that Max Allegri’s side have concentrated on the task at hand and picked up some valuable points recently.

With the 15-point penalty now overturned pending an appeal, Juventus look like they will finish in the top four and qualify for the Champions League – barring any further legal moves. A win against Cremonese on Sunday would seem to be a straightforward task for the Old Lady.

A good 2-0 win away at Atalanta last week showed that Allegri can combine youth and experience to great effect and a clean sheet might not be out of the question for Wojciech Szczęsny either.

That is not to say that Cremonese have not looked impressive in recent weeks though. The Grigirossi looked down and out at the end of March but they have only lost one of their last six and the fans are getting excited about the possibility of a great escape.

There is real hope that the club can stay up and Davide Ballardini does seem to be getting the best out of his players when their rivals at the bottom of the league are beginning to falter.

Last week’s win against fellow relegation battlers Spezia was huge and confidence will be high with the visitors as they make their way to the Allianz Stadium. Juventus should be too strong, however, leaving Cremonese looking to their final three games for salvation.

Juventus team news

Max Allegri could keep his faith in some of his younger players for this one but may also start Dušan Vlahović after his goal against Atalanta. The Serb has not always been in favour this season but could be given another chance. Paul Pogba may make an appearance at some point too.

Cremonese team news

Davide Ballardini has no new injury worries but will still be without Cyriel Dessers up front. Expect to see Cremonese trying to contain Juventus and breaking on the counter, especially if Felix Afena-Gyan comes on in the second half.
