Juventus have stopped all training sessions and put their entire Under-23 squad into quarantine after three players from Serie C side Pianese tested positive for Coronavirus.

The decision was announced by Juventus this evening, because the last opponents they faced in Serie A were Pianese.

The illness is now spreading in that club, affecting three players and a team manager.

Juve have ordered their Under-23 players to remain in their homes until March 8, although so far none have exhibited symptoms of the respiratory disease.
