Talks have reportedly stalled between Juventus and Daniele Rugani over a contract renewal.

The centre-back was linked with a move to Chelsea this summer, but after Mattia Caldara was swapped for Leo Bonucci he remained in Turin.

The defender is out of contract in 2021, and the Bianconeri approached Rugani’s agent over a renewal.

However, calciomercato.it reports that there has so far been no breakthrough in talks, with Fabio Paratici to take over negotiations after general manager Giuseppe Marotta leaves.
