Juventus are set to announce Mattia Perin’s contract extension until 2025.

The Italy international sees his current deal expire at the end of the season, but the Bianconeri have finalised an agreement with his agent, Alessandro Lucci, over a three-year deal.

Football Italia understands Juventus could announce Perin’s contract extension today. The 29-year-old is Juventus’ second choice goalkeeper and has only played eight games across all competitions this season. He has conceded eight goals, keeping three clean sheets.

Perin joined Juventus from Genoa in a €14m deal in 2018 but returned to Marassi on loan for one and a half years in January 2020.

Juan Cuadrado is also a client of Lucci and has automatically extended his contract at the Allianz Stadium after making his 40th appearance this season. However, the Bianconeri are negotiating a new deal for the Colombian winger to spread his €5m-a-year salary into a two-year deal.

Federico Bernardeschi, Mattia De Sciglio and Paulo Dybala also see their contracts expire at the end of the season and Juventus have already decided that they won’t extend with the Argentinean star.
