Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Juventus acting sporting director Giovanni Manna is currently meeting Sassuolo president Giovanni Carnevali to discuss a deal for Davide Frattesi.

The 23-year-old midfielder seems destined to leave Reggio-Emilia this summer after an impressive few years, with multiple top Italian sides fighting to secure his signature.

Roma and Juventus have long been interested in Frattesi, and in recent weeks Inter have emerged to try and snap up the Italian, who they believe would form a formidable partnership with Nicolo Barella.

Di Marzio details how Manna and Carnevali are currently in a meeting to discuss the parameters of a deal for Frattesi, with Juventus hoping to include Koni De Winter in a deal for the Sassuolo starlet.

La Gazzetta dello Sport recently suggested that Inter had agreed to the terms of a deal with Sassuolo, willing to pay €30m plus Samuele Mulattieri for the Italian midfielder, but Juventus are refusing to give up.
