Hamburg ace Eljero Elia is back in the thoughts of Juventus director general Beppe Marotta, according to Tuttosport.

The Old Lady were heavily linked with the Dutchman last summer, but no move was ever agreed.

Now, according to the Turin daily, Elia could be targeted yet again as boss Antonio Conte looks for new wide midfield options.

Elia, 24, joined Hamburg in the summer of 2009 from Dutch club Twente at a cost of around €9m.

It is being claimed that the German side are ready to sell if Juve, or any other side, make an offer in excess of €10m.

In 58 games in all competitions for Hamburg, he's scored eight goals.
