Beppe Marotta yesterday informed Sampdoria of Juventus’ interest in Andrea Poli and Pedro Obiang, reports Tuttosport.

The two midfielders are on the Turin club’s radar, with Italian international Poli an immediate target.

The latter, only contracted at Doria until 2014, was wanted during the January transfer session but no deal was done.

Juventus have now returned for the 23-year-old former Inter man who is also liked by Milan.

The situation is slightly different for Obiang. Juve are looking to net an option for the 21-year-old for the summer of 2014.

In return for Poli and Obiang, Samp are said to be interested in Juventus’ Paolo De Ceglie, Luca Marrone, Richmond Boakye and Nicola Leali.
