Both De Ligt and Alex Sandro are expected to return to Juventus squad against Cagliari on November 21, when Serie A resumes after the international break.

The Dutch defender had a shoulder surgery back in August and had been training with the rest of the team over the last month although he was prevented from playing games and having physical contacts with his teammates.

Alex Sandro picked up a severe hamstring injury in September and, just like de Ligt, has yet to make his season debut.

Aaron Ramsey is also out of action but is expected to return to Juventus squad at the beginning of December.

Federico Chiesa suffered a muscular injury ahead of Juventus’ away clash against Lazio last week and the Old Lady will try to keep him in Turin without letting him join the national team for the upcoming games against Poland and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Giorgio Chiellini also suffered a muscular injury before Lazio-Juve and is expected to remain on the sidelines for a month, sources tell Football Italia.
