Barcelona are ahead in negotiations, but they are also interested in Paul Pogba, and focusing on the Manchester United man could clear the way for the Bianconeri.

The transfer window in England has closed so United are set against selling Pogba, but agent Mino Raiola will try to force their hand and push his client to Catalonia.

If Barça can do a deal for the ex-Juve man, it would leave the way to Rabiot clear and potentially allow a cut-price deal this summer, or a pre-contract agreement in January.
