Juventus have been in talks with Atletico Madrid regarding Alvaro Morata and the idea of an exchange deal involving Moise Kean has cropped up.

The 29-year-old Spanish forward was an important player under Massimiliano Allegri this season, netting nine goals and providing seven assists in 35 Serie A appearances. Morata played a key role in the build-up phase and losing him this summer would be a blow to the Bianconeri.

He joined Juventus on a two-year loan worth €20m back in September 2020 and now he’s set to return to Spain. His loan deal has a €35m buy option attached, a figure considered excessive by the Old Lady.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus and Atletico are now considering the idea of sending Kean to Spain in exchange for Morata. Diego Simeone has still not given a green light to the move yet and for now it’s simply an idea of the two clubs, but it could develop as the summer rolls on.
