The Serbian midfielder is one of the hottest properties on the global transfer market and his value could rise further with the 2018 World Cup.

Manchester United and Juventus are currently the favourites to battle it out for his signature, but Lazio are demanding at least €100m.

According to Tuttosport newspaper, the Bianconeri plan to introduce a sweetener to sway the bidding war in their favour, represented by Pjaca.

The Croatia international just turned 23 and spent the last six months on loan at Schalke 04, where he scored two goals in seven Bundesliga appearances.

Signed from Dinamo Zagreb in the summer of 2016 for €23m, Pjaca barely made an impact in Turin before he suffered a serious injury.

Now fully recovered, Juve could use Pjaca in part-exchange for Milinkovic-Savic.
