Juventus have reportedly dropped their interest in Radja Nainggolan and will pursue other avenues in the summer transfer market.

The Belgian has been heavily linked with a switch to the Turin outfit, who he previously held negotiations with in January.

Whilst the player has intimated that he could stay with Cagliari for next season, President Massimo Cellino has invited offers for the midfielder he rates at €18m.

However, it now appears unlikely that Juve will be back in for the No 4, according to Nainggolan’s agent.

“Currently the player is in retreat with Belgium and is not thinking about the market,” began Alessandro Beltrami to Calciosport24.

“As I’ve said in recent days, his arrival at Juventus has to be excluded because the Bianconeri are now thinking about something else. The last contact with the Juventus directors was back in January.”

Juve are rumoured to be one of the clubs tracking Udinese duo Mauricio Isla and Kwadwo Asamoah.
