The Sunday People claims Juventus, Inter and even his old club Roma will make January offers for Tottenham’s Erik Lamela.

‘Coco’ only left the Giallorossi for Spurs in a £30m deal last summer, but has struggled to settle in the Premier League.

Italian papers have suggested that new Inter Coach Roberto Mancini wants 22-year-old Lamela to strengthen his squad in January.

However, the Nerazzurri are held back by Financial Fair Play considerations and would only be able to sign him on loan.

A purchase would be possible if they sold Mauro Icardi, but in that case their main target would be Atletico Madrid winger Alessio Cerci instead.

Juventus have also been linked with Lamela, although again they would most likely only accept the move on loan with an option to buy for £14m.

As for a return to his old club Roma, that too is improbable considering they have fallen foul of Financial Fair Play rules.

The Giallorossi already have a large group of strikers to choose from and the likes of Mattia Destro and Adem Ljajic are irritated at the lack of playing time.
