Juventus are prepared to offer cash plus Alex Sandro, Douglas Costa or Paulo Dybala to bring Paul Pogba back from Manchester United, it’s claimed.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the plan is to return Pogba to Turin just three years after his €105m transfer to Old Trafford.

It would cost over €100m, but is certainly not out of the question, considering Pogba’s fractious rapport with the club, fans and media in England.

He had been pushing for Real Madrid, but as they spent big already on Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic, that seems unlikely this summer.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claims Juve would lower the price-tag significantly by including players in an exchange deal, with options including left-back Alex Sandro, winger Douglas Costa or forward Dybala.

Pogba spent four years at Juve and is often seen back in Turin visiting friends and former teammates, most recently last month at a party for Andrea Barzagli’s retirement.

In his posts on social media, he referred to the trip as going back "home."
