Juventus may have been handed a boost for Joao Cancelo as it is reported the right-back has rejected Wolverhampton Wanderers.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio’s website, Cancelo would rather join ‘a bigger club’ than Wolves, despite their willingness to meet Valencia’s €40m aksing price.

Conssequently, the door may have opened to Juve, who would be prepared to offer the Portuguese a season-long loan with a compulsory purchase option.
