“I need someone on the wings. It’s tough to see Martin Caceres playing as an attacking full-back, but he is an option in a three-man defence,” Allegri told Sky Sport Italia.
“We need to look at the bigger picture and remember the game could last up to 120 minutes, so we need options to shake things up.
“Douglas Costa is available again and we hope to have better luck this time around.”
It’s reported Juventus could adopt a three-man defence with Joao Cancelo and Leonardo Spinazzola as wing-backs.
Spinazzola impressed against Udinese last night and is accustomed to this system due to his time with Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Mario Mandzukic were rested against Udinese, with Miralem Pjanic and Cancelo suspended.
