It had been reported that Juve could face a partial stadium closure as well as a hefty fine but it has now been confirmed that this will be the extent of their punishment.
On Monday, club President Andrea Agnelli condemned the behaviour of sections of his side’s support.
“Tragedies are not to be touched upon,” he said via the club’s Twitter account.
Other fines have also been issued to Italian clubs, with Roma hit with a €50,000 penalty after their fans attempted to break down a fence at their side’s game with Bologna.
Sampdoria were fined €10,000 after supporters threw objects onto the pitch at the weekend.
Finally, Inter and Lazio must each pay €3,000 after their fans used exploding firecrackers and threw smoke bombs onto the pitch.
