Mediaset Premium claim Juventus offered €45m plus Daniele Rugani for Gonzalo Higuain, but Napoli turned them down.
The Partenopei have been adamant they will not negotiate a part-exchange for Higuain, so are only prepared to accept the full €94m release clause in cash.
That hasn’t stopped Juve trying, as according to Mediaset Premium this evening they have proposed €45m plus defender Rugani.
Napoli had previously tried to sign centre-back Rugani for over €20m, as Maurizio Sarri worked with him at Empoli.
