Napoli midfielder Jorginho believes “this can be my year,” but his agent won’t rule out a move to Milan.

The ex-Verona star has struggled for playing time since making the move in January 2014, first under Rafa Benitez and then Maurizio Sarri.

“The squad is united and some excellent reinforcements came in, so we have all the ingredients for this to be a positive season,” Jorginho told E Azzurro magazine.

“I have always done well in front of the defence, so this can be my year.”

However, Milan were interested over the summer and another offer is not out of the question in January.

“Could Jorginho move to Milan? Never say never in football, but as things currently stand he is at Napoli,” agent Joao Santos told Radio Kiss Kiss.

“He is very concentrated on Napoli. Over the next few rounds he’ll have the chance to show what he can do in Sarri’s three-man midfield.”
