The former Napoli man has thrived in a more advanced midfield position under Frank Lampard, scoring seven goals and providing two assists in 37 appearances this season.
Making way for Jorginho in Juve’s engine room would be Miralem Pjanic, who has been linked with the Blues again in recent weeks.
