“I have never scored against Juventus for Inter and I’ll try my best to get rid of that taboo on Sunday,” he told the Corriere dello Sport.
“If we get a penalty then I’ll take it.”
Milito is Inter’s top scorer this season thanks to his 14 goals in 23 games, but his outfit are struggling. Out of Europe and the Coppa Italia, they are seventh in the table.
“Two years ago everything was going right and we won all the trophies we targeted. Today, the complete opposite is occurring.
“The game against Juventus is a high profile one, a victory against them would gives us a lot in terms of the League table and morale.”
Whatever happens for the remainder of the campaign, changes are expected to be made in the summer to the squad and Claudio Ranieri may be axed in favour of Marcelo Bielsa.
“I’m really happy in Milan,” Milito responded when asked about a possible exit. “The club will obviously have the final say, but I don’t want to leave.
“Bielsa, along with Jose Mourinho, is the best Coach that I have ever had. I do have to thank Ranieri though as he has helped me a lot this season.”
Bielsa, the former boss of Argentina, is currently in charge of Athletic Bilbao.
