As the operation to sign Pirlo remains uncertain, Tuttosport reports that they have turned their full attention to Lazio's Biglia.

Their ideal would be to sign the player on a loan from January until May, and the negotiations are currently open.

Also an alternative for the midfield is Besiktas' Oguzhan Ozyakup, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, who is valued at €7-8m.

The Rosea goes on to report that Inter are looking at a number of defenders should Nemanja Vidic not appear to be in top physical condition in the immediate future, especially as Andrea Ranocchia will likely be shipped off to the Premier League.

Defender Ron Vlaar, currently a free agent but training with Az Alkmaar, is a candidate to join either the Nerazzurri or Lazio, and would come for free.

Serdar Aziz, playing at Buraspor, remains a target, but would require a very substantial investment.
