La Gazzetta dello Sport claims Osvaldo and Inter are suing each other, as he is asking for €3m for their refusal to let him into the training centre after his suspension.
On the other hand, the Nerazzurri could sue Osvaldo for an astonishing €28m for breach of contract and damage to the image rights which were signed over to Inter.
Osvaldo is eager for a return to Juventus, a club he was already loaned to for six months last season, but is still owned by Southampton.
Sky Sport Italia claim Inter want recompense for loaning Osvaldo to Juventus in the form of €500,000.
The Bianconeri would bring Osvaldo in to replace Sebastian Giovinco, who seems set for an immediate move to MLS club Toronto FC rather than in July.
Another alternative would be Genoa centre-forward Alessandro Matri, an old favourite of Coach Max Allegri, but he’s out injured for over a month.
