Napoli offer €22m for Lazio's Antonio Candreva, whilst Inter may fund the purchase if Atletico Madrid sign Mauro Icardi.

The winger is a long-time target for the Nerazzurri, who were looking to sign him for a total of €18m. The situation wasn't really developing, however, as the Aquile president Claudio Lotito demanded €25m and refused to negotiate for anything lower than that.

Now the Corriere dello Sport reports that Napoli have joined the fray with a €22m offer, which of course beats the one coming from Milan, but matters are complicated as the player is reportedly not to keen on the move.

Inter may lose some of their interest in Candreva if they succeed in signing Sassuolo's Domenico Berardi, but they'll need to stack up their offensive options if they lose Mauro Icardi.

The Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Nerazzurri have an offer for the player by Atletico Madrid, but they won't budge for anything less than €50m.
