Dani Osvaldo has been absent from training for consecutive days and appears to have vanished without informing anyone at Inter.

The player's departure from the Nerazzurri seems virtually certain now, with the Italian oriundo repeatedly left out of the squad and from training with his teammates, following rows with Mauro Icardi and Roberto Mancini.

New developments suggest that the crisis may be getting even deeper, as the Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the player has been absent from training for two days now and his whereabouts are unknown.

New developments suggest that the crisis may be getting even deeper, as the Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the player has been absent from training for two days now and his whereabouts are unknown.

A posting on Twitter yesterday retweeted by the player indicated that he had been in Madrid visiting former Espanyol teammate and current Rayo Vallecano man Cristian Alvarez.

However, the Gazzetta say that this visit dates back to the weekend, so Monday and Tuesday’s absence remains unexplained.

In the meantime, Sky Sport Italia reveal interest in the player from Premier League side Queen Park Rangers.
