Inter legend Sandro Mazzola believes that the club could encounter problems this season because of their restricted attacking options.

The Nerazzurri have already had their difficulties this term and things could get worse if Diego Milito gets injured.

“The only serious problems that I see at Inter right now revolve around their centre-forward choices,” he told Calcio News 24.

“The club do not have any alternatives to Milito…”

The Argentine, 33, scored 24 goals in 33 League games last season and has two in four so far this term.

The Nerazzurri did have Giampaolo Pazzini in their squad, but they opted to swap him with Milan’s Antonio Cassano in the last week of the window.

“I have to be honest, I would never have agreed to that swap deal,” the former Italian international continued.

Inter’s attacking department this term consists of Milito, Cassano, Rodrigo Palacio and teenager Marko Livaja.
