According to Calciomercato.com, FCInterNews.it and more, Ausilio will be in England this afternoon for intensive negotiations, with the aim of taking the Danish international back to Milan with him.

They are stepping up the process after reports from France and England that Paris Saint-Germain were intent on making their own offer.

Eriksen will be a free agent in June and Tottenham want €20m for an immediate sale, whereas the initial Inter offer was only €10m plus bonuses.

It was reported this morning by Sportitalia that the bid was raised to €15m plus add-ons.

Now it seems as if Inter are determined to get the deal over the line within the next few days.

Uruguay international midfielder Matias Vecino could be included as part of the bid.

Spurs have already brought in Eriksen’s replacement, securing Gedson Fernandes on loan from Benfica this morning.
