Jeison Murillo’s wonder strike earned Inter a 1-1 draw with Schalke in their latest pre-season friendly.

After a 2-1 win over WSG Wattens, the Nerazzurri lost 2-1 to Nurnberg last week.

Today saw the first game of their pre-season tour in China, which will also see them take on Lyon, Bayern Munich and Chelsea.

After a goalless first half, Daniel Caliguri gave the German side the lead on the hour mark, before being substituted four minutes later.

It looked as though Luciano Spalletti’s side were heading for defeat, but Murillo scored a stunning equaliser after 73 minutes.

The centre-back picked the ball up on the edge of the box, before cutting inside and firing a left-footed shot into the far top corner.
