Parma Coach Roberto Donadoni says that tomorrow’s opponents Inter could be amongst the top three Serie A teams, man for man.

The former Italy tactician also claimed that his side have had an extraordinary season up until this point.

“It doesn’t need a mathematical expert,” Donadoni said at a Press conference. “If we win tomorrow we overtake Inter, of course. That’s a fact.

“Aside for the League table however, we need to perform well. We played well last Sunday too against Bologna, a team who had just had a positive result themselves against Inter.

“We are looking to take advantage of our position to the best of our ability. We want to pick a team that can take on a team who are potentially one of the best three in the League.

“The boys have done extraordinary things up until now, but we want to finish the season in the best possible way.”

Donadoni then commented on the fitness of Gialloblu talisman Antonio Cassano.

“He is feeling much better. Last week he was unable to put his weight on his foot.

“When we are finished today we will carry out the appropriate assessments to see whether he will be available tomorrow.”
