He missed Friday’s 2-2 draw with Denmark due to a muscular problem, but has now fully recovered.

Insigne will also be a key figure tomorrow when Italy train on a pitch built on land confiscated from the Camorra – the Neapolitan Mafia.
“Being Neapolitan, I feel this responsibility in particular. We are going to the Quarto area to be close to the people and send on the positive message.”
The last week has been full of controversy over anti-Neapolitan chants, which promoted an order for Milan to play behind closed doors.
“I have heard many chants against Naples and when there are actual Neapolitans on the field it does affect us. It’s not pleasant, but we just focus on playing our football. Plus we know what Naples is really like, so we can just brush that off.”
