Napoli risk facing Atalanta without several of their star names this weekend, as Victor Osimhen is suspended, with Fabian Ruiz and Piotr Zielinski in doubt.
It is a head-to-head for a top four finish, especially as La Dea still have a game in hand.
Certain absentees are the suspended Osimhen and Amir Rrahmani, while Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Andrea Petagna are injured.
Zielinski is a major doubt, having scored for Poland in their World Cup play-off against Sweden and then limped off clutching the back of his thigh.
He is expected to be back in Naples tomorrow for the tests to ascertain any damage.
Now Sky Sport Italia report that Fabian Ruiz is also unlikely to play on Sunday, as he is in bed with a fever.
Matteo Politano was released from the Italy squad due to a slight injury, but should be fit to start, while Hirving Lozano will be a late arrival after international duty in Mexico.

Bad time for them to be getting injuries, especially considering how weak their bench is.
How did Petagna get injured? Splinters from sitting on the bench?
Tony, he came on as a sub and pulled a muscle after 30 seconds!
