Alessandro Del Piero has reportedly been offered a contract to sign for Indian side Delhi Dynamos.
The franchise are due to take their place in the inaugural Indian Super League, which begins in October and will run until December.
The former Juventus player is still looking for a new club, following his departure from Australian side Sydney FC at the end of last season.

According to transfer market specialist Gianluca Di Marzio, the Indian franchise have now made a formal proposal to Del Piero to become both a player and an ambassador for the League, on a contract that would run until next January.
Though it is believed the 39-year-old wishes to end his playing career in the American MLS, he is thought to be giving the offer serious consideration.
