Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes his side will win the Scudetto as long as they keep thinking about their own game.

The 29-year-old Sweden international played a part in both of Milan's goals in their 2-0 victory over Cesena on Sunday evening.

Milan still have a four-point lead at the top of Serie A, preserving the club's advantage over Napoli and Roma.

Speaking to Sky Italia, Ibrahimovic said: "We are keeping our rhythm and playing our game.

"What happens behind us gives us an advantage and the more points we get the bigger lead we have.

"I had a little luck with the goal. Robinho gave me a good ball and I saw the goalkeeper was a little off his line."
