The PSG striker spoke to Sky Sport Italia cameras about the imminent transfer from Manchester City for €20m plus performance-related bonuses.
“I am happy for Milan and for Balotelli. I can only speak highly and say positive things on both the player and the club,” said Ibra.
“Thiago Silva and I are happy that things are going well for Milan.”
Ibrahimovic played alongside Balotelli at Inter and left the Rossoneri over the summer.
