The Albanian was a key man under Maurizio Sarri, but has received criticism in some quarters this season, as it’s perceived he’s struggling to adapt to a more attacking role under Carlo Ancelotti.
Sarri is currently Chelsea Coach, and the Blues have been linked with the full-back.
“Let’s see, maybe,” Mario Giuffredi responded on Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

“There’s a market for poor players… Since people consider him not worthy of Napoli, maybe he can go there. Maybe that tells you he’s not so bad.
“Players have souls and are human beings, so they’re affected by these judgements. We don’t care about what others say though, we’ll listen to the opinion of the club.
“A small part that is missing from Napoli is the journalism which doesn’t help the team. I don’t think the local Press in Turin behaves like they do in Naples toward the team.
“Obviously I’m not putting everyone in that basket, because there are many good journalists.”
