Lazio have sent transfer official Ighli Tare to Moscow recently in a bid to do a deal for the midfield ball-winner.

There was an initial difference in valuation given that Lazio were ready to offer €2m for his loan, with an option to buy in the summer for another €10m.

CSKA reportedly wanted as much as €16m.
