No chances are taken over Higuain, who left Milan’s 1-0 win at Udinese last weekend with a hip injury, but Calhanoglu has recovered from an ankle problem.
However, Andrea Conti is absent, the right-back having been banned for insulting a referee, as are the injured Davide Calabria and Giacomo Bonaventura.
