Juventus are reportedly offering Chelsea a discount on Gonzalo Higuain’s €9m loan, which would help speed up Maurizio Sarri’s move to become their new Coach.

The announcement of his release from the Chelsea contract is expected on Monday morning, with the signature on a three-year Juve deal within 48 hours.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, there have been meetings between Roman Abramovich and Sarri’s representatives in recent days, as they search for an agreement to release the tactician from his contract.

The Bianconeri could reportedly offer the Blues a €9m discount on the fee that is still owed for Higuain’s six-month loan spell.

Chelsea have no intention of paying the €36m to make his move permanent, nor extend the loan status, as he was brought in specifically at Sarri’s request.

Pipita had a decent enough loan spell at Stamford Bridge, scoring five goals in 14 Premier League games.
