Hernanes and Nagatomo both went off during Thursday’s 2-1 Europa League victory over Dnipro, but club medics confirm the knocks are not serious.
There had been reports the Japanese international would require surgery on a shoulder injury, though Roberto Mancini assured he’ll be back next week.
Kovacic is also suffering from a bruised toe, but is in the squad after taking part in today’s training session.
D’Ambrosio, M’Vila and Ibrahima Mbaye also return, though Jonathan remains on the treatment table.
