Juventus were able to win their fourth Scudetto thanks to a first-class squad and even made it to the Champions League final.

“My dream would be to return immediately to Serie A. We'll see what happens, I'm waiting.”

Hernandez was told of Torino's interest, and he seemed delighted by the news.

“It would be wonderful if they signed me. They are a team with a type of game that leads all of its strikers to score.

“And Torino are emerging from a brilliant season, I've seen some of their games in Europe and above all else they managed to win the derby.

“I know how important that is for their supporters.

“I like [Coach Giampiero] Ventura a lot, I remember him from the times when he was doing great things with Bari.

“My objective is to return to Italy, and doing that with the Granata shirt would be fantastic.

“I can imagine what fun it would be to play alongside Maxi Lopez and [Fabio] Quagliarella.”
