Viktoria Plzen’s Lukas Hejda is excited to face “football personified” Francesco Totti when they take on Roma in the Europa League.
The Czech champions face the Giallorossi on Thursday, and the defender spoke to their official website about the fixture.
“We’re looking forward to playing this match, these games are exactly why we play football,” Hejda enthused.
“I’m happy to face Roma and Francesco Totti, he’s football personified and he’s been showing it for 39 years.

“Roma’s attack is one of the best, they’re all great players. [Edin] Dzeko and [Stephan] El Shaarawy can score from any position, we have to be 100 per cent focused.
“We want to win the game, they’re very strong but if we fight like we did with Ludogorets then we can do it. In addition, our fans will give us an extra boost.
“I think the stadium will be sold out, this match deserves it. We want to fight to progress in the Europa League, and with our fans we can fight together to achieve success in Europe.”
