Udinese boss Francesco Guidolin is keen to ensure his star players remain calm amid interest from Italy's biggest clubs.

Alexis Sanchez and Gokhan Inler have both been the subject of transfer stories since the window reopened on January 3.

"Certain rumours can weigh players down," Guidolin said. "I hope that the lads are only thinking about playing.

"As for the rest, it's the club's position that counts and not what is written in the newspapers or on websites."
