Inter have sold midfielder Rene Krhin to Granada, while Udinese sign Manuel Iturra from the Spanish side.
Krhin has been sold for a reported €1.3m, signing a four-year contract with Granada.
He passed a medical and has already started training with the Rojiblancos.
Meanwhile, Udinese confirmed Granada midfielder Iturra will undergo a medical on Friday morning.
Both clubs are owned by the Pozzo family, so regularly move players from one side to the other.
The Chile international turned 31 last month.
