The Bianconeri sporting director Paratici told Sky Sport Italia that the reigning champions are not considering signing Gomez in January.

“Absolutely not, he’s a very good player and he is from Atalanta,” Paratici told the broadcaster. “We are very happy with our team.”

The Gomez case at Atalanta continued when the cameras ‘caught’ Gomez on the bench humming the hymn, perhaps joking with Colombian forward Luis Muriel, who was close to him.

The Argentine entered and within four minutes he contributed to the equaliser at the Allianz Stadium, assisting Remo Freuler.
