Italy international Wilfried Gnonto was impressed by Destiny Udogie’s performance against Arsenal, while Spurs keeper Guglielmo Vicario thanked the ‘superb’ Tottenham fans after a 2-2 draw in the North London derby.

Tottenham are still unbeaten in the Premier League as they held Arsenal to a draw at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

Italy international Vicario put in another impressive display between the sticks, producing a great save on Gabriel Jesus.

“Another strong performance from the boys. Unbeaten. Traveling fans were superb again. Come on you Spurs,” wrote the Italy goalkeeper on Instagram after the final whistle.

His post received more than 56,000 likes and almost 1,000 comments.

His compatriot Destiny Udogie was also happy with Tottenham’s performance against Arsenal and expressed his satisfaction on social media.

“Good performance from the team and to be able to bounce back twice, we keep fighting together let’s go lads,” wrote the ex-Udinese left-back who has started in each of Tottenham’s six Premier League games this season.

Italy striker Gnonto commented on Udogie’s Instagram post suggesting he was impressed by his compatriot’s pace.

Both Udogie and Vicario have yet to make their senior debuts with the Azzurri, but the goalkeeper was called up in June by Roberto Mancini and earlier this month by new Italy coach Luciano Spalletti.
