Torino captain Kamil Glik said they were left with “regrets” after a 2-2 draw with Palermo due to “avoidable goals.”

The Granata fought back twice from a goal down to hold the Sicilians this evening, extending their winless streak to eight games.

“I think in the end we have more regrets, as basically we scored all four goals. The lesson from last week against Juventus was not learned, as we conceded similar goals there,” Glik told Sky Sport Italia.

“We fought back, got into the game twice and in the end probably deserved to win the game.”

Paulo Dybala netted a sensational individual effort, flicking the ball up off his heel to leave the defender behind and smash in at the near post.

“Dybala scored a great goal, but it was also an avoidable one. We had the ball, it was two minutes to go in the half and we gave it away. It’s something we clearly need to work on.

“The second half was a completely different game and if we’d played like that, then we could take anyone on. We need to be concentrated from the first to the 90th minute.

“With the penalties we’ve missed this season, we could have an extra four or five points. Now we need to focus on Thursday and a very important Europa League game.”
