Olivier Giroud urges Milan to take their opportunity for the Scudetto after going two points clear of Inter. ‘Our destiny is in our hands, we’ve got everything it takes to win.’

The Rossoneri were able to celebrate on Wednesday when Inter lost 2-1 to Bologna in the rescheduled Week 20 fixture.

That means Milan are two points clear, although their advantage is really three points, as they have a superior head-to-head record.

“I think we have everything it takes to win, we cannot hide and we are very concentrated for Sunday’s game against Fiorentina,” Giroud told Sport Mediaset.

“The most important thing is that Inter lost at Bologna, so we have our destiny in our hands. We must remain concentrated on our football.

“I think we are more fired up after Inter’s defeat. We have the humility and confidence to keep winning every game.”
