Antonio Conte’s defence of Sebastian Giovinco after he was jeered by some Juventus fans has pleased the player.

The tactician admitted on Sunday that the criticism Giovinco and some of his teammates receive from supporters is unjust.

“Sebastian is happy with his goal and happy with the faith of Conte,” agent Andrea D’Amico told TMW after the 3-0 win over Siena.

“He always aims to give his best for himself and his teammates. And he’s always remained calm.”
