“I haven’t spoken with Conte, I know that everything depends on my matches here but if I deserve it then he’ll definitely call me up for the national team,” Giovinco told Calciomercato.it.

“My goal and the goal of the team is to improve on what we did last year and try to improve our position in the table.

“We must not make blatant errors like we did last year, working and understanding what we can do better than last season; that must be our objective.”
